We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Game. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUDGames LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Game.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
