FUDGames LLC ("FUDGames," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company based in Colorado, USA, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use Fate's Ultimatum for Destiny (the "Game"), an online multiplayer game available on Windows and macOS. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Account Information: An email address is required to create and manage your Game account, which is necessary to play.

The Game is an online multiplayer experience. Player communication is limited to pre-set emotes or emojis provided by FUDGames. We do not currently collect or monitor chat logs or other direct interactions, as these features are not available.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. Note that deleting your data will also terminate your Game account, and any progress, purchases, or subscriptions tied to it may be lost.

We will respond to your requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable law.
The Game is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it. We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game evolves (e.g., if we add analytics tools or new features). We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the Game or on our website. Your continued use of the Game after such changes means you accept the revised policy.
